I hope they can get the bugs worked out of their on-line ordering process.

Had an issue with my order on Valentines day, they quickly apologized and worked out a replacement. Problem is the replacement still wasn't right.

The next day I took the arrangement in and they fixed the problem to my ordered specifics. Arrangement looked and smelled great, wife was very please with final product. On top of that they gave us an extra gift as an apology for the inconvenience.

Customer service was very good and consistent throughout the entire process, owner seems genuinely concerned with the satisfaction of his customers.
