Recommended by relatives who had a high mileage old SUV that they brought to them that they fixed without rebuilding the whole transmission. They had a very nice experience.
I brought in a high mileage car with shifting issues. They did an analysis and told me that my trans. was fine but that the engine was sending incorrect or no data to the transmission and that engine computers were out of his area of expertise. He reassured me that a failure was not imminent and no harm was being done to anything but if it got worse the dealer would have the equipment and trained mechanics to fix it. They were knowledgeable, thorough and honest.
Will not charge for unnecessary work. A good old fashioned honest shop.
I left very happy. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
