It has complaints filed against it with the Pennsylvania Better Business Bureau and with the Bureau of Consumer Protection, Office of the Attorney General. Additionally a civil complaint has been filed through the Magisterial District Justice system. After having to deal with this company, it makes one question the GAF certification procedure and standard. The company fails to live up to its verbal and written commitments, and definitely should not be GAF certified.
