Absolutely horrible service all around. Save time and stress by just not banking at ANY wells fargo. I called to freeze my card that I had lost and it could have been anywhere. They informed me that even though I added my card to my husbands account they could not freeze it because I should have been informed to create my own online banking profile and there was nothing they could do. Except let my card be lost and in wrong hands. Andrew is the worst employee there. He had no remorse what so ever and treated me like a burden and a waste of time. Will be notifying the BBB because they shouldnt be in business. I guess the news reports speak for themselves.

The Carlisle branch is HORRIBLE!!!!! We have been banking with W.F. for 20 + years, but after leaving Chester County, and moving here. This is unacceptable. We have left them. We are still doing some business in Chester County, never here again. UNPROFESSIONAL !!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE THEIR CUSTOMERS..
